Industrial Engineer - Starmark Division (Richmond, IN)


  • Design information as well as manufacturing systems.

  • Monitor the general flow of operations.

  • Establish programs of work measurement in order to guarantee fulfillment of targets and deadlines.

  • Determine best use of work force to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency.

  • Provide recommendations on how to improve productivity and continuous improvement.

  • Communicate with staff and management on ways of implementing plans and recommendations.

  • Complete time studies for work force production to establish standards and measure performance.

  • Hold team accountable to standard operating procedures.

  • Solve production problems that arise.


Skills and Specifications:

  • Good problem solver

  • Able to sense needs as they arise

  • Good organizational skills

  • Good eye for detail

  • Able to work with minimum or no supervision

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel and Word

  • Knowledge of Solidworks or CAD preferred

  • Great communication skills

  • Woodworking experience


Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering

  • Time studies - 1 year experience

  • Industrial Engineer - 1 year experience

  • Woodworking - 1 year experience



  • $40,000/year or negotiable based on experience level
